Existing services and apps only show image stills of a workout video, meaning it's virtually impossible to understand what will happen in that video without watching it. I created a couple of studies to see how MXD could address this issue via the app.
Time is a massive factor in whether or not someone decides to work out, yet all experts agree, any movement is better than nothing. I wanted to explore how MX'ers could use this flexibility to their benefit.
Because MXD is based off of workout video clips, playlists can be shortened to any time that the MX'er has available. These studies explore different means to filter by time.
